It would be great if there were a 'Login Access Request' button on the user details page. This way, rather than having to call/email the user and direct them through granting access to System Admin, you could just click a button and set an expiration date. The user would recieve an email asking yes/no to granting access. That easy.
This would save System Admin a lot of time explaining the same procedure for granting access over and over again.

I think there was another similar idea "login as any user" ... and I promoted that one before... I think login as a specific user should not require agreement from the user, the admin should be able to just do it. |

Anything to make the current process smoother/simpler. Understand the need for the heightened security to stop casual abuse, but it's a real pain for "trusty" users on the move. |
