Allow Administrators to select more than 10 fields for search layouts

Currently, only 10 fields can be added to search layouts by the administrator, and these 10 fields apply to everyone in the organization. We need this expanded to a larger number.

Having the restriction of 10 field for each user would still be OK, as long as the users can do their personal customizations starting from a larger pool of fields.

tates 01/04/08	I researched this tag option today and though I'd really found the ticket. My plan was to tag customers that I needed to send items to. When I went to create the mailing list I found that ZIP was not a field to select. My SFDC admin found that there is a limit of 10. It would be incredibly useful to have more fields available on this option.
ta_invisible 01/09/08	I couldn't agree more. PLEASE make it 20 or more!
rpr2 02/14/08	I just discovered that in Spring '08 you can now have more that 10 fields in your custom view layouts. That's a start in the right direction!
keithayers 09/24/08	We need more than 10 fiedl choices. And how about a count to show how many choices are being used so that if you select more than 10 you know how many to delete instead of guessing until you get down to 10.
