Check Spelling for Tasks, Events, and Notes

With Spring '08 we are adding the existing Spell Checker functionality (currently found in Solutions) to Tasks, Events, and Notes. Your administrator will be able to enable the Check Spelling button for Tasks and Events. The Check Spelling button will be available for Notes when the release is available with no additional configuration required. For Tasks and Events the Comments/Description fields will be checked for spelling errors.

KFret 01/15/08	This is great for Internet Explorer users, who have no native spell check in the browser. If you use Firefox, however, you have spell checking already. Not only is this spell check in your own native language, but it also can include the special words your company uses. Just copy your own personal dictionary from MS Word into the dictionary file Firefox uses.
Chelle 02/10/08	This is a great new feature. What dictionary will be used? American English, UK English, or will the Admin be able to select this. Will there be an option that enables Admin users to add custom words - such as placenames?

home_grown 03/15/08	As Chelle pointed out above we need to be able to set the version of English that comes up as default. It anoyes the hell out of my users that we have to select British English every time we use it. Sorry you guys in the US but you speak American not English!
